If you cancel your booking If you find it necessary to cancel your booking after it has been confirmed, you must advise Test The West in writing. Cancellation charges will be calculated as follows (period before departure date within which written notice of cancellation is received). 120 days and more:    50% of the deposit 119 - 60 days:     80% of the deposit 59 -1 days or no show:   100% of the deposit If you change your booking latest 3 month prior departure we do not charge any fees. Cancellation of your vacation If we have to cancel your booking in case of Force Majeure like threat or war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions, technical or maintenance problems with transport, changes imposed by rescheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline, the alteration of the airline or aircraft type or other similar events beyond the control of Test The West, you receive a full refund of all moneys paid to the Lake Ranch Company. Liability exclusion You will be asked at the ranch to sign a waiver. All activities at the ranch are on your own risk. You may not start to rides or other trips unless this form has been signed.
